Our company provides a wide range of service such as complete site development construction and construction management, i.e.; "turn-key." This phrase is important because it tells you that we COMPLETE jobs. We don’t just complete the first 95%; we also complete the final and hardest part, "we complete jobs!"
Aleco completes all projects "in house," meaning Aleco completes each project with our own employees and the $6 million inventory of Aleco owned heavy equipment, allowing us to not be at the mercy of rental companies and subcontractors. By using Aleco you cut out the hassle of needless back charges with only one contractor being responsible. No more needing to babysit multiple site contractors; eliminate contingency money "one price".
Aleco offers the following as individual services:- Earthworks and excavation - we complete jobs with several hundred thousand yards of dirt along with jobs as small as 500 yards of dirt. The old cliché "no job is too big or too small" applies to us.
- Underground "wets" - We have our own crews to install water lines, sewer lines, storm drain lines etc. We complete all installation, testing and completion of the "sign off" or municipality approval. We complete jobs of all depths as Aleco has completed projects from 30' deep to as shallow as 18" deep.
- Concrete structure - Again, Aleco uses our employees for a variety of concrete structures such as manhole construction, catch basins, monuments, inlet and outlet structures, manhole top out, curb repairs, etc.
- Dry utilities - We also offer complete installation of all dry conduits, gas installs, etc.
- Paving - We offer paving at any size including: large or small commercial and tract paving.
- Equipment rental - We have a price list of equipment for rent hourly operated or bare.
- Backhoe service - We have operators standing by to assist in any way.
- Trucking - End dumps, bottom dumps and transfer trucks with 28 ton capacity are available.
